The Vestry

The vestry is the governing body of the parish, made up of lay leaders elected by the parish who work closely with the priest-in-charge on strategic and financial planning. Vestry members serve three-year terms. The Bishop's Warden is chosen by the rector after the election. The Jr. Warden is elected by the vestry and is responsible for the parish facilities. The term of office for the wardens is one year and three years for members of the Vestry. Members of Grace who are in good standing are encouraged to stand for election to the vestry. Vestry election occurs during the Annual Meeting.

Regular vestry meetings are held via Zoom on the third Wednesday of the month from 7 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Anyone is welcome to attend these meetings unless the vestry convenes an Executive Session to discuss confidential issues. Please contact the Church Office for the Zoom link.
